Introduction & Scope

1 General Provisions

ppkok is a safe and reliable online casino and betting platform. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and ppkok. By using the ppkok website or related services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform. ppkok reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use after modified Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

Important: These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following eligibility criteria apply to opening an account and using services on ppkok:

You must be at least 21 years old (for those aged 21 and above only).
You must open an account voluntarily and with full awareness.
Each person may operate only one account.
All information provided at the time of account registration must be true, accurate, and complete.

If it is found that a user is below the required age, ppkok reserves the right to immediately suspend that account and cancel the associated transactions.

Account Policy

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full services on ppkok, a user must register a valid account. You will be required to provide accurate personal information during the registration process. ppkok may request additional documents or information at any time to verify your identity.

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing third parties to use your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, notify ppkok support immediately.

3.2 Account Closure

ppkok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

Providing false or misleading information
Operating multiple accounts
Attempting fraud or bonus abuse
Disrupting the normal operations of the platform
Engaging in any illegal activity

Financial Policy

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on ppkok are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank).

4.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. No deposit below this limit is accepted.

4.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum amount for each withdrawal request is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds (details in Section 5).
It is preferable that the deposit method and withdrawal method are the same.
In cases of suspicious activity, ppkok reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

ppkok provides various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which are stated on the offer page.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus and the total balance will be ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only. The current wagering requirement is 15x.

Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawing the bonus.

5.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibition

Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited. The following activities will be considered bonus abuse:

Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts
Applying risk-free betting strategies to fulfill bonus requirements
Attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times using false information

Gaming & Betting Rules

6 Gaming Policy

All games available on ppkok operate on the principle of fairness. We use technical safeguards including SSL encryption to ensure fair play.

6.1 Betting Limits

Specific betting limits apply to each game and market. These limits are displayed in the game interface. ppkok reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

6.2 Bet Cancellation Policy

ppkok reserves the right to cancel bets in the following circumstances:

Incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error
A bet is placed based on clearly incorrect information
An event is cancelled or suspended and not rescheduled
Evidence of match fixing or any other dishonest activity is found

6.3 Technical Issues

In the event of a technical issue during a game, ppkok will review the system logs to make a decision. In the case of incomplete game rounds, ppkok's decision will be considered final.

7 Sports Betting Rules

ppkok offers markets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. The following rules apply to sports betting:

Odds are valid at the time of confirmation — if odds change after a bet is accepted, the change will not apply to the confirmed bet.
If a bet is accepted after an event has started for any reason, it may be considered void.
If a match is delayed by more than 12 hours from its scheduled date for any reason, ppkok may cancel the related bets.
For determining results, ppkok uses the official results from the relevant sports authority.

User Code of Conduct

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ppkok platform:

Any form of fraud, manipulation, or system tampering
Attempting to hack accounts or gain unauthorized access to another person's account
Betting using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence
Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
Harassing or attempting to harm other users
Uploading or transmitting viruses or harmful code
Unauthorized use of ppkok's intellectual property

          Consequences: Any user involved in the above activities will have their account permanently closed and funds may be forfeited.
        

9 Limitation of Liability

ppkok is not liable for the following:

Loss in a game or bet due to internet disconnection
Technical issues with third-party payment providers
Loss caused by the user's own negligence or error
Service disruption due to reasons beyond ppkok's control

In any circumstance, ppkok's maximum liability will be limited to the actual amount deposited on the relevant bet.

Privacy, Security & Dispute Resolution

10 Privacy Policy

ppkok never sells users' personal information to third parties. Information is not disclosed except when legally required.

11 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a dispute or complaint, please follow these steps:

First, contact the support team directly via 24/7 live chat.
Or send a detailed complaint to [email protected] — including account information, a description of the incident, and relevant screenshots.
The ppkok team will review the complaint and inform both parties of the decision based on their input.
ppkok's decision will be considered final.

          Time limit: Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the incident. Complaints received after this period may not be considered.
        

12 Service Changes & Termination

ppkok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue some or all services, temporarily or permanently, at any time. Services may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or upgrades. ppkok is not obligated to provide any compensation for such changes.

A user may request to close their account at any time. Any eligible balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed.

13 Responsible Gaming

Request for temporary account suspension
Setting deposit limits
Permanent self-exclusion — by contacting the support team

14 Intellectual Property

All content on the ppkok website — logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is intellectual property owned by ppkok. Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using any content without written permission from ppkok is prohibited.

15 Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute between ppkok and a user will first be resolved through discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, appropriate legal proceedings may be pursued.
